Isaiah 62 @ Building Fathers House.

Isaiah means “The Lord is Salvation” and 62 is about the Salvation of Israel. Building Fathers House is in acknowledging that we are building our Fathers house as we unite in participating fellowship (prayer) with Him and His Son Jesus Christ. The Lord told us that He is looking for people who will wholly trust in Him, so that He can show Himself mightily to the people.

Elijah, who became an instrument in God’s Hand, is an example of what God can do as we participate in obedient fellowship with Him. God showed Himself mightily, as Elijah became the instrument in the Hands of God, creating an opportunity for God to work within the hearts of men – preparing the way for their Salvation.

We believe that effective evangelism is, by putting in proper condition or state of readiness the hearts of people, and in so doing creating an opportunity for God to advance His Kingdom from within their hearts.

Prayer is the key to effective and creative evangelism.

John Wesley was convinced that “God does nothing but in answer to prayer.” This sentiment is amplified by E.M. Bounds who states: “God shapes the world by prayer. The prayers of God’s saints are the capital stock of heaven by which God carries on His great work upon earth.” (Billheimer 1975:102).

It is through prayer that we are privileged and empowered by God to participate with Him to accomplish His kingdom purposes in our world.

Prayer Is the Verbal Release of Faith and Faith begins where the will of God is known.

The evidences of faith may operate differently than those of science, but they are there. Here is the basis of faith:  “thus saith the Lord.”

Our Focus

The Lord showed us that prayer is like a pebble thrown into the water, whether small or big it creates a ripple expanding outwards and thus impacting the whole body of water. Prayer can impact lives, communities and nations. A ripple of prayer is unstoppable, even though we do not see it, it is empowered by the greatest force on earth, the love of God as demonstrated when He gave His only Son to impact our lives.

It is demonstrated when we share the same love we received in Christ Jesus. His love is an unconditional, sacrificial love, defined by wilful choice rather than emotion. It represents God’s selfless devotion towards us, and now give us the privilege to do the same by prioritizing the well-being of others before our own without expecting anything in return. Jesus said in John 13:35 “By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another“.

“Ripples of prayer” is achieved when we, willingly choose to place the needs of other before our own need, and rejoice as we see the impact of the ripple in their lives.

Every House a House of prayer.

Background of Building Fathers House.

The background is some of the highlights that directed the call the Lord gave us.

In 2004 the Lord called me to Israel through His Word in Ezekiel 36:1 “Now you, human being, prophesy to the mountains of Isra’el. Say: ‘Mountains of Isra’el, hear the message from ADONAI.

At that stage my heart was to love the people of Israel with the same love I received in Christ Jesus. During my time in Israel, while staying on “nebi Samuel”, I received an audio tape from a friend where Baruch Maayan talks about a highway from Cape Town to Jerusalem. This highway, is a spiritual prayer driven highway based on a prophecy. The prophecy stated that the starting point will be in Cape Town when a fire was lit by a Menorah that burned through Africa back to Israel. For me, the mentioned served as confirmation that the Lord called me to participate in preparing the way for the people to come into their full inheritance in Christ Jesus, through prayer houses being a light in the darkness, as a means to evangelize, thus transforming the community.

Before I left for South Africa, the Lord gave me 12 stones through Israel Auerbach. The Lord has shown me that each of these stones represents a house of prayer that would participate in preparing the way for the people to come into their full inheritance. Each house of prayer will be like a pebble thrown into the water, it will start a ripple that will bring about a change in the consistency of the water (Nations), as a light in the darkness that transform the way we see. As Paul said in 2 Corinthians 5:7 that we should have confidence based on faith and not based on what we see or fear.

In 2006, during an outreach in Swaziland, the Lord once again reaffirmed the command of preparing the way for the people, through Isaiah 62:10. We then started with a house of prayer as a way to draw people into a relationship with the Lord. The house of prayer was a means to an end, just as in Isaiah 62:10 preparing the way for the people to come into their full inheritance. We started in Ingwavuma, then the Lord directed us to go to Mozambique, where the Lord helped us to understand how we should conduct a house of prayer. We would gather every night from 18:00 worshipping and praying, then there will be time of teaching and testimonies, the Lord used it to His glory, transforming the area.

From there we went to Malawi, Nkokwe. The house of prayer focused on assisting the pastors to work in unity as they trust in the Lord to transform the community. It’s here where we first started talking about “building Fathers House” based on Ephesians 2:19-22 So then, you are no longer foreigners and strangers. On the contrary, you are fellow-citizens with God’s people and members of God’s family. You have been built on the foundation of the emissaries and the prophets, with the cornerstone being Yeshua the Messiah himself. In union with him the whole building is held together, and it is growing into a holy temple in union with the Lord. Yes, in union with him, you yourselves are being built together into a spiritual dwelling-place for God!

In 2010 the Lord told us to go to Israel, while we were busy with a house of prayer in Moatize, Mozambique. We immediately left for South Africa because we did not have time to spare as the Lord gave us a specific date. While we were on our way back to South Africa, we tried but couldn’t manage to book a flight to Israel. When we entered South Africa on Thursday, a flight agent to booked our flight on Ethiopian Air for the Monday. Our booking had a step over flight from Addis Ababa. Our fellow passenger on the next flight was astonished to learn that we were building a highway to Jerusalem. He informed us that he had just come from a conference where he was a speaker on the highway to Jerusalem and guess who it was? Baruch Maayan! The same Baruch Maayan on the audio tape I listened to in 2004. Later we would learn how the Lord divinely arranged this encounter to encourage us and confirm not only to us, but also to Baruch that this was in God’s heart.

In 2013 we visited Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania releasing the teaching of Building Fathers House. We used the “tabernacle as a shadow” based on the transformation from the tabernacle as a tent of meeting to the New spiritual house of prayer established through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We encourage pastors and communities to trust in the Lord to transform their communities as they demonstrate their trust in God through praying for the community.

During a visit to Israel in 2014, Father reaffirmed the vision through a dream that we still had to build a part of the highway to Jerusalem. In the dream the Lord showed me that we, those participating in building the Highway to Jerusalem, including me, walked on well-prepared tar road. As we walked we were called one by one to sign for the part we finished. After I signed off a part of the road, I was assigned a part that still needed to be constructed. During the same visit in Israel, the Father created an opportunity for us to start a prayer house in Nazareth. Even though we were very excited about the possibility, we couldn’t make it happen. We now realize, as with Abraham, it was an opportunity, but not for that time.

Then, in 2015, John and Una came from Jerusalem with a message to South Africa that the Lord said it was time to ring the bell to bring about the reopening of the highway to Jerusalem. We gathered with other believers and intercessors at the union building in Pretoria where we announced the opening of the highway. The mentioned was also followed by a prophetic action in Cape Town, based on a vision the Lord showed Rick Riding from the Succat Hallal prayer house in Jerusalem. We, along with Baruch Maayan and other believers, took a staff and placed it in the sea in Cape Town as a symbolic act to open the highway to Jerusalem breaking down the witchcraft that is hindering the highway from being established.

In 2017 we travelled to Malawi, Nchalo were we introduced the concept of the prayer house as a light in the darkness, creating an opportunity for effective evangelism and a heart to transform the community. The Lord blessed the meetings with 75 pastors that participated. As with the other prayer houses we came together every night. After we left they continued for 2 years, encouraging each other as they continued to pray each night.

“The only demonic wooden bridge which was not just damaged, but totally destroyed, was the one from Pretoria, South Africa, which ran from there across the African continent to Egypt.  I saw a throne of the Lord that then appeared above the executive government building in Pretoria, South Africa.

As the smokescreen from the incense spread out over the Isaiah 19 region, altars of worship and prayer (houses of prayer) were multiplied and built up across Egypt, the Middle East, and Israel.

The Lion of Judah then motioned towards gates in the heavens, marked with the names of certain chapters of biblical prophecy, which when they were opened, indicated the beginning of the time of their fulfilment.  I saw specifically gates that had been opened earlier, such as Amos 9 and Isaiah 19.  But now the Lion of Judah used His paw to push open the gate named “Ezekiel 36”. This passage is primarily prophesying to the “mountains of Israel”. This area corresponds almost exactly to biblical Judea and Samaria, which are today often referred to as the “West Bank”.   Ezekiel 36 also prophesies the spiritual restoration of Israel after a significant physical restoration has already taken place.

In all of this, I was overwhelmed by the great majesty and peace of the Lion of Judah, Who was so at rest in His absolute sovereignty, and so absolutely in control.  It was clear that the demonic realm does not determine the “times and seasons”, but He Who is seated on the Throne sets the ”times and seasons”.  May we not only see what is happening in the “second heavens” of the demonic realm, but also see from the “third heaven” perspective what the Sovereign Lord God Almighty is doing.

Seven years after 2018 (the number 7 for completion or fullness), the Lord settled us in Cape Town for a sabbatical. As we celebrated Chanukah, the Jewish Festival of the rededication of the temple, we realized the prophetic implication. Rededication to the call of the Lord, building a highway to Jerusalem through houses of prayer.

  We asked the Lord about the timing and why it took so long. The Lord showed us that, we needed to learn some unconditional principles before we could carry out the commission of preparing the way for people. These 4 key principals is key in our relationship with the Lord, and if not dealt with can hinder our walk with the Lord. The demonic wooden bridge that was broken down in the vision the Lord showed Rick Ridings, may have a different meaning for him and others. The Lord however revealed that the bridge, demonic and wooden was being built by human effort, fuelled by self-reliance rather than wholly trusting in the Lord. The scripture in Zachariah 4:6-7 directed us, making it clear that this mountain will become a plane, provided we do not rely on self and our own inability but on God and His ability! The Lord is desiring for us His children to be in fellowship with Him and His Son Jesus Christ and in so doing partake in the work of the Lord. As we believe in Jesus and His ability to do what only He can do, hearts of stone will be transformed into hearts of flesh.

In March 2026 a pastor at Shalom prayed for us, and the prayer he prayed was a release, as he mentioned for a time such as this. Today people and even some Christians are being deceived by the enemy as they look at the world around them through a veil of humanity and not through the Word of God. We have been called to pray for Israel, while some people are turning against Israel based on the propaganda campaigns of the enemies of Israel, without considering God’s Word.
